Super Savings Saturday - August 22

A pretty decent week, if I do say so myself :)

CVS...

I mostly redeemed raincheck items here, as the current week's items were out, so I got more rainchecks! I also got the Philip's earphones, but they aren't in the picture. They were actually out of them on the shelf, but turns out the cashier had set a pair aside for himself that he decided he didn't want anymore. So he let me have them.

Total OOP before coupons & ECB's earned - $26.90
Total OOP after coupons & ECB's earned - $8 MONEYMAKER
Total Savings - $34.90 (130%!!)

Walgreens...

I did this in three transactions, and let me tell ya, I'm pretty mad at myself! I had done a trade over at HCW for the BOGO Velveeta cup q's and I had just gotten them in the mail the day I went shopping. I was in a rush to get shopping as hubs was already there waiting for me (he works ten minutes from the city, so he just went straight in when he got off work) so I threw the mail in my purse and took off. Well, once I got done with my first WAGS store, I realized I had never taken the BOGO q's from my purse. So I paid about $2 too much here. Oh well, I guess.

Total OOP before coupons and RR earned - $37.16
Total OOP after coupons and RR earned - $6.25
Total Savings - $30.91 (83%)

I also hit up WalMart while shopping, but I didn't get a picture as there were cold items and I just wanted to get to bed! I bought a gallon of milk, a Tyson Skillet Creations, and three packs of Chinet Lunch plates. No picture, sorry!

Total OOP after coupons and MIR - $1.83
Total Savings - $12.50 (87%)

I hit up Fareway for noncoupon essentials. I got marked down fruit, some bananas, sour cream x2, and eggs. No picture, sorry! Total OOP was $6.63

And lastly, I went to the farmers market last weekend. I got 6 pickling cucumbers and 6 oz. of honey all for $3.75.
